Our training workouts are highly efficient to maximize aesthetics, body composition, strength, and goals.

The suggested days to attend are MON, WED, THURS

and/or FRI weekly




Unlimited for 7 weeks within our scheduled sessions


You will be attending your first 2 weeks on M-W-F with a trainer and a small group of other newer ladies. This is where you will be learning the basics of Belle Strong (Our signature program)


Receive 3 e-books to get you started with healthy eating, high protein and low carb recipe books.


Body comps & one on one with the trainer (Scheduled)


A great supportive community that will help you gain confidence and power on your new journey!




  • Program goal is to sculpt & strengthen to improve aesthetic appearance, and change body comps (lose fat, get firm)


  • Program focus is the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, core, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back. We do touch on it all!



In general, our schedule is:

Mon-Wed.-Fri. 5:15am, 6am, 7am, 9am and 5:30pm

Tues: 5:15am, 6:30am, and 6pm

Thurs 5:15am, 6:30am, 9am and 6pm

Sat. 6:15am & 7am
