COMMON QUESTIONS:

Q. Is this a beginner’s class?

A. Yes, we’re happy to welcome all beginners. You will be meeting with a coach to discuss your goals or concerns and then taking a fundamentals type introduction workout.

 

Q. I'm not a beginner. What about me?

A. If you are not a beginner and/or coming from a partnering gym, please call to set up an appointment with a trainer on a Friday between 5pm-6:30pm. We will have a short one-on-one and a chance to go over your current skill set.

 

Q. How big is a typical class?

A. If doing Option #1 you will meet with the coach to discuss you and your goals, questions and concerns then go thru a fundamentals workout. It will be you, the coach and possibly up to 4 people. Our actual session outside of your area with the coach may have anywhere from 5-15 people working out at the same time with at least 1-2 Coaches present at every session.

 

Q. Is everyone all skinny and in shape?

A. Not at all. The majority of our country’s population is living a poor quality of life because of their health and fitness.

 

Q. What do I need to wear and bring to the 1st session?

A. Wear workout clothes and closed tied sneakers/tennis shoes. Bring water and a small towel for sweat.

 

Q. Do you have contracts?

A. We try to keep things simple with no long-term contract memberships.

Our memberships are paid monthly via auto pay. If you decide to part with us we require a 30- day written cancellation notice. Membership fees vary and will be discussed in person during a consulation to see if we are a good fit for each other. 

We only see potential clients by appointment only and take about 5 new members a month.

Our Intro Session is carefully structured and catered to meet the needs of everyone who attends regardless of experience and age.

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and may include a Warm-up, Skill Session, Workout of the Day (WOD) and Mobility. Afterwards, one of our coaches would be happy to get all of your questions answered.
