The fact is, if you don’t change what you eat you won’t see the results that you are looking for. You can switch from gym to gym, but the TRUTH is, YOUR DIET is what MATTERS the MOST. No one can do this for you. You have to be willing and ready, only then will you succeed. If you are overweight you could easily drop 25 pounds by just changing your diet, regardless of the fitness program. This is something most gyms won't tell you. When you have the facts, there is really no need for a lifetime membership.
If you’re lucky and find a trainer who talks about nutrition, hopefully, it’s not one that feeds you the same old lies and sells you a bunch of things you don’t need. Sure, I have products from time to time for those that want to try something new or add more nutrients to their diet but I don’t carry unnecessary products and gimmicks.
At Iron Belle Studios we want you to have a lifestyle that you can maintain. I want you to be able invest time in other things besides just working out. We also want you to learn what you are doing so you can do it on your own. You should not be a lifetime member. Plenty of clients stay with us even after they are able to do things on their own, but this has more to do with our great group of women that support each other. It may not be as fun to workout on your own, but the goal is to teach you so you can do it if you choose to.
Most gyms have gorgeous facilities, multi-level with tons of equipment, and programs that are unnecessary for 99% of their clients. Their goal is to keep you around until the day you die, keeping you dependent on them. We want to build strong, confident, healthy women who lift each other up, using proven fitness systems that work.
We provide information that you can use to attain and sustain a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to assist with permanent life changes, allowing you to utilize what you have learned and eliminating the need for those lifetime memberships. I want to be able to move on and change more lives.

Once you have the truth and the tools you don’t need anyone. But you will want to be here because it is inspiring to see so many ladies making great progress.
