Unlike commercial gyms, we focus on personalized programs and don’t offer drop-in classes or generic passes. Membership is often waitlisted, opening only when spots become available.

She provides practical guidance for living a healthy lifestyle and helps create the disciplines needed to make it a reality. She is passionate about breaking through common misconceptions that often hold women back from exploring their physical strength and living a healthier life. Her focus is on helping individuals reach their goals through strength training, conditioning, and developing the right mindset.

Sara fell in love with all things Iron Belle while taking sessions on her on fitness journey. She is now a personal trainer at Iron Belle Studios, inspired by her own fitness journey. She is devoted to empowering clients to enhance their strength and skills without injury. Together, we can achieve greatness! 💖💪
Allie is passionate about transforming lives through nutrition and strength training.
