Whether you're new to structured strength training, returning from injury, or looking for personalized coaching, Strong Start is the perfect way to build a strong foundation for your fitness journey.

At Iron Belle Studios, we understand that starting—or getting back into fitness—can feel intimidating. That’s why we’ve designed Strong Start as a 60-minute session that combines assessment with a coached workout, ensuring you get the right foundation and personalized guidance.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A Supportive Conversation: We’ll begin by discussing your goals, injury history, and current activity level. This is a relaxed, encouraging conversation that focuses entirely on you.
  • A Coached Workout: You’ll move through foundational strength exercises like squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, and core work, learning the proper techniques to set you up for success.
  • Clear Path Forward: After the session, you’ll receive a personalized training recommendation (typically within two hours), so you’ll know exactly how to move forward with confidence and clarity.

You don’t need prior experience or to be “in shape” to get started—Strong Start is designed to make your first step toward strength empowering, not intimidating.
