We cap memberships to maintain a close-knit, supportive community of strong, confident women. Unlike commercial gyms, we focus on personalized programs and don’t offer drop-in classes or generic passes. Membership is often waitlisted, opening only when spots become available— because at Belle Strong Fitness™, strength is personal.

As the owner and lead trainer, Michelle is dedicated to helping women look and feel their best. She provides practical guidance for living a healthy lifestyle and helps create the disciplines needed to make it a reality. She’s passionate about breaking through common misconceptions that hold women back from exploring their physical strength and achieving sustainable results. Michelle oversees program design, training systems, and brand evolution — helping women discover what they really want and build the strength to get there.
Jade enjoys all things fitness and nutrition. While she loves strength training, her passion is in improving mobility and flexibility. Jade is committed to enhancing movement abilities through a variety of exercises. She highlights the significance of active recovery, allowing you to reduce intensity while refining your movement techniques.While ensuring each training session is enjoyable, she promotes movements that are both impactful and essential for maintaining an active lifestyle.
Certified Personal Trainer pursuing advanced certification in Corrective Exercise, Sara fell in love with all things Iron Belle while on her own fitness journey. Inspired by that transformation, she now delivers strength coaching, form refinement, and posture-based training techniques that help women build confidence and move pain-free. Her goal is to empower clients to feel capable and strong — both inside and outside the studio.
Certified Personal Trainer expanding her expertise in Nutrition & Macro Coaching, Allie is passionate about transforming lives through nutrition and strength training. She provides individualized macro guidance, habit-based nutrition strategies, and accountability to help clients reach their goals. Her hope is that every woman she coaches embraces a healthier lifestyle, learns to push through mental barriers, and thrives with confidence.
Many of us are motivated by our first-hand experience with self-discovery, healing, and transformation. Consumed with a high-stress lifestyle, unhealthy habits, and unrealistic expectations, self-bullying kept me in a spiral of anxiety and depression. With yoga, I’ve discovered better coping skills, reduced and managed stress, better understood my body’s signals, and learned how to answer them. As I continue to use the tools of yoga on my own wellness journey, I look forward to sharing them with you on yours.
