Personalized 1-on-1 Trial Session With a Trainer

 

Experience a tailored workout and introduction to our group sessions with a 60 minute 1-on-1 trial session, priced at $15. This session is perfect for those new to fitness or returning after a break.

 

Session Details:

  • Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
  • Times: 5:15AM, 6:00AM, or 5:30PM

 

What to Expect:

  • A personalized workout plan
  • An introduction to our group sessions
  • A focus on understanding your goals, fitness background, and expectations

Once you provide your information and make the payment, we will contact you to schedule your session at one of the available times listed above.

Join Us For a Free Group Session

 

Experience the energy and support of our women's only gym with a complimentary group session! We cater to women of all ages* and fitness levels, with group sizes ranging from 5 to 15 participants. 

 

  • Safety First: To ensure your safety, we avoid certain technical moves, such as high-intensity overhead barbell exercises, during your trial class.
  • Trial Class Dates: Must RSVP 24 hours in advance.
  • Choose from any Monday or Wednesday
  • Time Options: 5:15AM, 6AM, 4:30PM or 5:30PM

 

After registering for your free trial class, expect to hear from us within 24 hours. Our trainers are dedicated to assisting members during group sessions, but if you have immediate questions, feel free to text us (number provided after registration), and we'll respond ASAP.
