Serves 2 🍍🍍
**Pineapple Lassi What You Need To Do**
1 1⁄2 cups (360g) vanilla yogurt, plant based
2 cups (330g) canned pineapple with juice
1⁄2 (120ml) cup canned light coconut milk
1⁄2 tsp. root ginger, grated 10 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
