Once you’ve successfully completed the required trainer sessions, we’ll present you with three membership options to choose from.
Whether you're a new or returning member, this is where your fitness journey with us begins. During our regular group sessions, you'll work closely with an assigned trainer in small groups (1 - 5 people). Our training sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at specified times.
