Reserving a spot doesn’t commit you to any future fees or services—it’s simply the first step toward exploring how we can collaborate to achieve your health and fitness goals. Once you’ve successfully completed the required trainer sessions, we’ll present you with three membership options to choose from.

 

Belle Strong

Whether you're a new or returning member, this is where your fitness journey with us begins. During our regular group sessions, you'll work closely with an assigned trainer in small groups (1 - 5 people). Our training sessions take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at specified times.

  • Learn Safely and Effectively: Our 4-week program is designed to teach you how to complete a variety of excercises safely and effectively, regardless of your current fitness level.
  • Personalized Workouts: For those seeking an extra challenge, we'll guide you on adjusting workouts to match your fitness level.
  • Supportive Community: Although these small group sessions are led by a dedicated trainer, they occur during our main group times, allowing you to experience our studio's flow and meet some of our wonderful members.
  • Additional Resources: Upon enrollment, new members will receive additional resources, including an easy weight loss nutritional guide complete with recipes and a shopping list.
